All are welcome at the 10th annual Spirit of the Wolf Native American Festival and Powwow on August 24-25, 2019 at Pine Park in Broadablin, New York. This year’s Spirit of the Wolf Native American Festival and Powwow will bring to life the rich history of the Native American tradition through song, dance, food and games. It will be a weekend to celebrate and experience cultures, values, and traditions with a gathering of Native American tribes from across the country.

The Spirit of the Wolf Native American Festival and Powwow includes Native American Singing, Dancing, Artisans and Vendors offering various Native American Arts/Crafts for sale. The arts and craft vendors will open to the general public at 9:00 AM daily, with Native American performers beginning at 11:00 AM on both days with the powwow Grand Entry. Singing and Dancing will be on-going throughout the event.

Since the first Spirit of the Wolf Native American Festival and Powwow in 2009, this has been a space for the community to meet old friends, make new ones, have fun, and dance on their own reservation. Another tradition is Spirit of the Wolf’s outreach to local area charities.

“Spirit of the Wolf” members are a proud people with a rich history who are inspired by our ancestors to continue our traditions and remember our past. We are excited to share these traditions with our community so that they may better understand our people, our customs, and our legacy. It is a wonderful weekend for every one of every age to come and enjoy themselves and learn and experience more about Native American culture. This is a family friendly event with fun for all ages, so be sure to bring everyone.
