Join us for the 24th Annual Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Intertribal “Corn Harvest” Powwow & School Day November 2,3,4, 2018.

School Day is 9am-3pm Friday, November 2nd followed by a 7pm Bonfire and Grand Entry. Powwow days are Saturday (Nov. 3rd) and Sunday (Nov. 4th) 12 Noon – Sunset.  Gates open at 9am.

Experience the Native drums, songs, dancers in full regalia, arts and craft vendors, native food, our Iroquoian language and the history of the tribe and Cattashowrock Town Palisade Village as narrated by Chief “Red Hawk.  Guests include the Aztec Dancers and the Nansemond Chapter Archeological Society of Virginia (ASV) and more.  The Public is Invited!!!

Admission:  Adults $6; Children 5 and under Free; Children 6-12 and Seniors 65+ – $4
