Native American Poetry from California

The Museum of the American Indian in Novato, California, is hosting Anthology of Native Poets Reading on Saturday, July 9th, 2016. The event starts at 3:30 p.m. and runs until 5:30 p.m.

This new anthology, published by Scarlet Tanager Books, continues the legacy of providing a book where indigenous people tell native stories in unique native voices.

The location of the poetry reading is Miwok Park at the Museum of the American Indian, 2200 Novato Blvd., Novato, California, CA 94947. For more info contact Director Colleen Hicks at office@marinindian.com or 415-897-4064.
