Museum of the American Indian Celebrates Native American Heritage Month.

Join the Marin Museum of the American Indian for a special afternoon event.

Enjoy drumming and native stories on:

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8th at 3:30 p.m. (Rain cancels)

Miwok Park, 2200 Novato Blvd., Novato, CA

The museum promised the return of the drummers to their dinner attendees and wants to also celebrate the completion of the new “kotcha”, which gives Miwok Park a visible reminder of the native presence in Marin County. The museum honors all native people through classes and exhibits and events.

Native American Heritage Month gives Native people the opportunity to express to their community, both city, county and state officials their concerns and solutions for building bridges of understanding and friendship in their local area.

Seating is limited, please RSVP.
